For more than 20 years, as an in-house practitioner and as a consultant, Mike has challenged traditional internal communication practice and thinking in an effort to demonstrate IC's potential as a differentiator and driver of alignment and performance.
An MBA graduate of London Business School and a former US political consultant, Mike's approach is research-based and cross-disciplinary. He has worked with large corporates like Maersk, Shell, Cargill and Avery Dennison, startups and public sector organizations. He is the Past Chair of IABC in Europe-Middle East-North Africa. Mike serves his global clients from his base in Delft in the Netherlands.
