With a background both in political polling and employee research, Mike delivers customized qualitative and quantitative research projects for individual clients, and works with the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence (CSCE) on broader, subscription-based initiatives

    Building on available research, good questions and deep listening, Mike builds communication strategies at the organizational level, for developing communication functions, for supporting key projects and initiatives, and to reduce organizational noise.

    Key strategic strengths include: superconnection (programs that accelerate the creation and integration of new personal relationships within organizations), employee advocacy, grassroots lobbying/mobilization, adoption and embrace of communication platforms, M&A communication, and internal audience targeting.
