I’m Mike Klein. I’m an internal communicator with twenty years of experience in the field, and am Chair of IABC’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

My main areas of focus are on the role of internal influencers in large organisations, and on the role of editorial and narrative in driving organisational alignment and performance.

I come from a background in political consulting and advertising, combined with an MBA from London Business School and IC experience in global organisations including Shell, Maersk, Cargill, Veon, easyJet, Barclays, Omnicom, Avery Dennison and the US federal government.  I have also been writing and blogging on internal communication for over a decade.
