I’m Mike Klein and I am the founder of Changing The Terms–a practice focused on increasing the impact of communication while reducing cost and friction.
I do this in two ways–First, I help organizations identify their most influential people to make them the focus of internal communication. In a nutshell, I help find the 3% of people who drive 80% of the conversations, and make sure they are equipped to understand and share the right stories.
Second, I help organizations and individuals prepare and position their stories and messages so that they can reach those people who can make a substantial difference in helping them achieve their objectives.
My approach comes out a background in political consulting and advertising combined with an MBA and 15 years in internal comms. Its supported by world class partners and comes with its own actionable metrics. It can cut through the noise, neutralize resistance and accelerate action. It can genuinely Change The Terms.
I’ve been in the NL for the last four years and I love it here—living with my Icelandic fiancee and her son… I also am a Tottenham fan, a Belgian beer connoisseur and a travel enthusiast.
